Let's require immigrants to be sponsored by an American relative or friend, and stipulate that they must have a job waiting for them before they come to the States....Let's find a solution for outsiders who buy no insurance but instead rely on Americans to care for them, pay their hospital bills, their pregnancy care, their welfare.
